QuickCV is open to students, trainees, jobseekers, freelancers, and professionals. Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and agree to use the platform responsibly. If under the legal age of majority, usage is allowed only under parental, guardian, or institutional consent.

3. Platform Overview

• Build and manage portfolios and job application records.
• Access courses, training, and partner programs for career growth.
• Use a coin-based model to pay only for selected features.

4. Account Registration & Security

• Each user must register with a valid email and secure password.
• Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and account activities.
• QuickCV is not liable for any loss due to unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

5. Coin System & Payments

• Coins can be earned through promotions or purchased for platform features.
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Payments are accepted via bKash, Nagad, and card payments (Visa, Mastercard).
• Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable Use of the Platform

• Users must act lawfully and ethically.
• Uploading unlawful, offensive, or infringing content is prohibited.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or automated activity (bots/scripts) is not allowed.
• Violations may lead to suspension or permanent termination.

7. AI-Generated and Automated Content

QuickCV's AI tools provide assistance only. Users are responsible for verifying and approving generated content. QuickCV is not responsible for inaccuracies or employment outcomes based on AI-generated material.

8. User Content and Ownership

• Users retain ownership of all uploaded or generated content.
• QuickCV may process or analyze anonymized data to improve services.
• Account deletion is available anytime, though some data may be retained for legal or audit purposes.

9. Affiliated Courses and Partner Programs

QuickCV may feature third-party educational or training programs. Enrollments are governed by partner terms, and QuickCV assumes no responsibility for course quality or outcomes.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, software, and templates are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted limited personal use rights; all other rights remain reserved.

11. Communication and Promotions

QuickCV may send emails regarding account activity, updates, or offers. Users may opt out of promotional messages but not essential service notifications.

12. Service Modifications

QuickCV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

13. Account Suspension or Termination

• Violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
• Detected fraud, abuse, or system manipulation.
• Unethical or unlawful platform use.

Terminated accounts forfeit remaining coins and access without refund.

14. Limitation of Liability

QuickCV is provided "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability will not exceed the total amount paid by a user in the previous 12 months.

15. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify QuickCV from any losses or damages arising from misuse, policy violations, or illegal activities performed using the platform.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

17. Amendments

QuickCV may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the revised Terms.
